Syedi Aaliqadr Mufaddal Bhaisaheb Saifuddin (TUS) (Arabic: سيدي عالي قدر مفضل بهائيصاحب سيف الدين) is the second son of Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (TUS) 52nd Dā‘ī l-Muṭlaq (Dai, or Unrestricted Missionary) of the Dawoodi Bohras. Syedi Aali Qadr Mufaddal Bhaisaheb Saifuddin (TUS) is also the Mansoos (Successor) to the office of Da'i al-Mutlaq of the Dawoodi Bohras after Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (TUS).[1][2][3][4][5] He is one of the four Omara' (Rectors) of Al Jamea'-tus-Saifiyah.

Shahzada Aaliqadr Syedi Mufaddal Saifuddin Saheb (TUS) was born on the 23rd of Ramadan al-Moazzam 1365 H (Tuesday 20 August 1946).[6] Syedna Taher Saifuddin (RA) wrote a note saying his name as 'Aali Qadr Mufaddal'.

Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (TUS) solemnized the Nikah of Shahzada Aali Qadr Syedi Mufaddal Saifuddin Saheb (TUS) with the daughter of Late Amir ul-Jamea' Syedi Yusuf Najmuddin, Jawharat-us-Sharaf Bahen Saheb, at Evan al-Jamea in Surat, in 1388 H during the Imtehan of Al Jamea'-tus-Saifiyah in Shaban.
Shahzada Aaliqadr Syedi Mufaddal Bhai Saheb Saifuddin (TUS) was made Amirul Hajj in 1390 H. After Hajj, he travelled to Karbala, Shaam, Misr and Yemen. During his trip to Yemen, he laid the foundations for the construction of Syedna Hatim's (RA) Roza.
Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (TUS) proclaimed Nass on Syedi Aaliqadr Mufaddal Bhaisaheb Saifuddin (TUS) on Saturday, June 4, 2011 (3rd of Rajjab-al-Assab 1432 H) in London.
